We schedule your visits seasonally — furnace tune-ups in fall (September–November) and AC tune-ups in spring (March–May). You'll be notified in advance to schedule a time that works for you. If you join mid-year, we'll schedule your first visit within a few weeks.
No contracts and no cancellation fees. All Comfort Club plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel within 30 days of a completed tune-up, the retail cost of the visit may be applied.
Plans include a discount on repairs (10–20% depending on the plan), but the plan itself is a maintenance and inspection program — not a parts warranty. Think of it like a dental plan that covers checkups but not necessarily every filling.
Our plans cover one HVAC system. If you have multiple systems (for example, two zones or a separate mini-split), you can add a second system to any plan for $8/month. Ask us for details when you sign up.
Member discounts apply to any repair completed after enrollment — they cannot be applied to past invoices. Discounts apply to Hartley labor and parts only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
